Moderate players don't give a hoot about loot 1st week of launch. Glad zoomer doomers are leaving.

OP why would you be glad anyone is leaving? That seems like a really strange thing to say...

If you want to know why I'm quitting, I can tell you it is because I'm not going to play just any game, I'm going to use my time for something that makes sense to me, and after watching the league reveal, and seeing them bold face hype up stuff that turned out to be nerfs, I feel betrayed. Simple as that. The only reason I can think of for these nerfs is to get me to play the league longer. Ironically, the leagues that felt rewarding are the ones I enjoyed, so this all seems pretty much ridiculous to me.

But I'm not a fish on a hook, I can leave anytime I want. So, to prove that point, I'm done. You say there's no other games out there to play? That just seems 100% wrong to me, at this point in time, I mean, I remember when you actually had nothing else to play besides Warcraft 1 and C&C, so I'm sort of excited to try other games right now, going to be fun.

Well any casual in trade league will definitely feel the hit as well as there will be far less gear being passed down to them to buy. When this many dedicated players and whales are unhappy, they are shooting themselves in the foot.

I started playing POE in the previous sentinel league. I barely reach level 90 and took me weeks on working, experimenting, modifying, minmaxing a casual build and fixing a lot of mistakes. That was with the previous rate of currency drops. This is the part that engaged me.

I was exited to test my new build, but I with the currency drop into oblivion I don't see any margin to experiment with any build. The game is not viable for casual players and only for hardcore players that exactly know what to build from the start and slowly grinding the currency they need.

It seems that they want to move us into a game of boring and repetitive grinding. That is the type of game I hate and I don't feel engaged in any way.
The loot is fine. Groups like Empy's shouldn't make 100x of what a player makes in entire league in 15 minutes. Tbh after the last buffs the game is perfect
"buff grenades"

- Buff Grenades (Buff-Grenades)
For me thats true. I dont even start league until 7-10 days pass and bugs worked out. Not to mention I'm not queuing. I'm way to spazzy to sit in a line.

Well said OP notice how all the doomers are constantly on the forum " why you shouldn't think this is OK!" " why your getting less loot you shouldn't be playing"

All these losers can't just move on. I try to be respectful but when you cross the line trying to tell me what I find fun is crossing the line it's ok to state your opinion but your becoming a real loser trying to tell me what's fun or not.
OP's entire post is telling people what they shouldn't find fun, you don't actually agree with them :p

Why would you ever try to validate if your having fun via someone else lmao if your having fun I wouldn't even look at reddit or the forums here just go blast and have a good time.
The issue is, the casual player doesn't care about the current loot issues as it really doesn't effect them. We don't get to worry about seeing uber ubers, we never will. We can't even get enough levels to get the points we need to make the top stream's POB builds.

What effects your casual players is something that most of you don't care about. The death XP penalty. Dying is already annoying, penalizing it... especially on SC where it doesn't really effect top players, is just an added annoyance.
It makes it so that average players don't even bother trying challenging content.

You're forced to spend your time running boring safe low red maps trying not to die. If you even think of trying any actual early end-game boss, you're gonna lose hours if you don't one-shot them (and you're not gonna one-shot them). Move the xp death penalty back, start it at level 95. Let people actually get to a reasonable level where they can possibly try end-game content with a mostly completed tree build. That will make it so that your casuals will actually try harder content, it will help increase your economy and trade.

Until that happens, most casuals don't care about it when streamers are crying about their min/max difficulties now... since we've quit 3 weeks into the league anyways because we're tired of safe boring maps and cookie cutter leveling builds.

I know exactly what you mean and i hate it to. But there is a litte workaround that problem. Reach a decent level and stop caring. Level 90 is more then enough to kill all the content with the right gear and its pretty easy to reach. Even with low yellow maps. Then if you whish to push the levels concentrate on this and dont interact with any endgame boss.
Well i am a very mediocre player and hardly get to red maps usually, but this league i found playing SSF extremely bad, and it is not like it feels great in a league with "normal" loot drop rates.

Just now, probably for the first time playing in the last few years, i felt like opening chests was at least worth the time. i actually got currency in the leveling areas in act 2 and it just elevates the fun of leveling a lot, seeing that it is not just a waste of time, so what i wanna say:

Thanks for everyone making a fuss about the droprates! game is definitely more fun than 2 days ago
