what a joke. don't be surprised as your active player base starts declining earlier into the leagues and in greater numbers.
"Harvest yield currently scales up (to around ten times higher) by the time you're in high maps with atlas tree specialisation, rewarding you for running higher maps, rolling your maps well and specialising in Harvest."

I atlas specced in harvest, I run T16 maps exclusively, even if it is just chisel alc and go. I get about 800-1000 total lifeforce per harvest, about 10 or so VERY low end crafts. or 2 or 3 low end. Maybe 1 mid range.
Forget about the 50,000 one, if I wanted to do it I have to run 500 maps with encounters and NOT do any of the other crafts.

I had the mother of thorns once and got 350'ish lifeforce from her.

It used to be about 20 low end, 2 or 4 mid range, and the occasional high end, per harvest encounter. Even the super rare occasionally happened. You had a mix of low end, mid, high, and rare and can do them all.

Basically you can now run low/mid end, or wait for the super costly one, you cant do both.

i came from D3 with ~3000h played. no i have ~5500h in POE. I guess history repeats itself. looking forward to D4.

gotta say its like I've been playing a watered down version of the poe I've come to know, there no sense of progress or getting stronger it just becomes what will one tap me next and just reset my progress. Forced hardmode isn't fun.
ah well imma stop playing and delete the char.
screw it. not the first time for such a massive f up.
if this happens again next league I'm leaving for good.

Please thoroughly read through the feedback players are giving, it is valuable and these are the people who are supporting you and love your work and overwhelmingly want your success. The rewards and overall difficulty does feel very off this league and instead of providing a challenge that rewards the players for overcoming difficulty the majority of responses seem to say the same thing.

And that is content is getting very difficult, rewards are feeling underwhelming both in quantity and quality. And please also read the post that the community team has just made, the tone to me comes across as generally negative in a "we've heard the outcry, we'll look into adjusting some things."

Overall this post does seem pretty poorly phrased, has been received even worse and what can I say about the advertisement for lootboxes at the end. (tonedeaf?)
