whats changed again and where do you see it?

i wouldn't doubt it though. back in ascendancy patch/league or whatever i theorized the reason why GGG gave out spoilers was to see what the reaction was in order to adjust for it before the actual patch

Reddit of course. I just happened to stumble upon it in the poe builds reddit.

But essentially base damage cut by 35%, 20% more damage per 5% shock effect instead of 15%.

Damn, usually GGG waits for the next league to nerf stuff to the ground. Balance team is working overtime, apparently.

Making these changes before league start is like a spit in the mouth. Buff the other skills already, giving shit skills 30-40% damage buff isnt difficult. A 40% damage buff to cleave instead of a +2 radius isnt gonna outshine your new skill gems, if they do then GGG has no business adding new DOA shit skills.

GGG is literally farming you for ideas on why X would be overpowered. They know you'll expose yourself because you want that upvote on being the first to talk about why X and Y would be good.

Edit; I really wish GGG would post exactly why something is removed. I'm almost 100% positive I used the word 'derps', which is objectively one of the least offensive things one can say. I'm essentially calling ya'll silly. Why on planet earth THAT needs to be censored is beyond me lmao

I mean we got farmed to a buff originally, this kind of thinking if GGG actually do it speaks more about their design than it does about us the players :p

There are also an absolutely overwhelming number of examples on the other side, OP shit that's very well known but is just left as is for long periods of time.

I made this thread originally because Conduit had no reason to exist and talking to other players showed it had a very narrow avenue to exist, an improvement already.

Unrelated to that they are going to find this skill very difficult to tune correctly it'll either be overpowered with synchronised shocks or unusable without synchronised shocks.
