90-95% of the unique buffs are really bad.

So, I gather there's a list of all the changed uniques. Can't find it on the front page - reddit again?
Does anyone have a link?

They're in the patch notes.

You expected them to make every uniue in the game end game viable or what?

Nah, I just want them to be more than a 2. Rares can be from 1 to 10 in power level but uniques should be a build enabling 5-7 imo.
I'm a forum warrior, i was born to post, raised to defend my league. Now my post has been removed, chained and exiled by mods who Ban. Ban is my brother; i do not fear it. I see it in the eyes of men and beasts that i troll. It will take me to play the actual game when i am ready and i am not ready.

Windscream buff is solid imo.

Doomfletch might be good as 300 % of physical damage as extra elemental damage is a hell of a big number.

These two aren't really buffs they are replacements, and Windscream are nerfed due to losing elemental damage, 10% radius and 5% movespeed (over windshriek the one we actually used)

Agree with the rest of your list, sunblast looks extremely broken, Daressos shield is the easiest fix to defences for general mapping in the game and there are some reasonable tweaks in there that will see some usage.

Personally I'm not really disappointed or pleased, some of them are good reworks but some of them definitely aren't so its about bang on average for "we buffed 100 uniques". They could have done better... but they could have done much worse too some of these are exciting.
To be honest I was hoping for some more build enabling unique items or a buff to my beloved Doryanis Fist.
Half of the "buffs" actually felt like nerfs to me. Like how the hell is this supposed to be a buff?

The Allelopathy Unique Gloves no longer has 20-30% increased Damage over Time, and is now a Satin Gloves.

GGG really needs to take a look at the dictionary regarding the meaning of the word "buff". The Molten Strike changes they made over time were also called "buffs" so this isn't a completely new discovery but it's more severe than i thought.
They weren't even nice enough to call it a rework, then everyone would have known it's actually nerfs.
Doesn't the allelopathy change lower their level requirement? I looked at it and decided they were moving it to be a mega crutch chaos leveling item for use from 40-80.

Being able to use the item 28 (!) levels earlier is not a buff to it? Getting a 5l lvl 22 blight with lvl 41 (instead of lvl 69) is not a buff to playerpower?

I guess if you actually care about the tutorial then it's a buff for 28 levels before it becomes a straight nerf. So yeah... no it's not really a buff to playerpower.

I guess if you are only fixated on endgame its hard to understand that the item (and relative playerpower) got a buff. *shrug*

:P

On a more serious note: This item had only niche usecases to begin with, and might see a lot more use now. And no matter how much you condescend, it fits 100% in their "make uniques more interesting/exciting/powerful" goal...

Actually 20% of the uniques from the list will be common usage, another 20% will be early league gear and rest are garbage which is still a very good number for PoE standards of 95% of all uniques are trash.
