I was thinking the same. Who on earth is this person that wanted to play Jugg but found Unbreakable too complex because it had three small but useful buffs?
We don't get two extra ascendancy points, so however you play it this is a nerf to a pretty niche ascendancy.

I would have gotten rid of 2 of the offensive endurance charge ascend passives. So Jugg isn't " The endurance guy stereotype " than add 2 hybrid new ascends to that. 2 endurance passives are enough, jugg doesn't need 4. & yet kept unbreak maybe.

well i guess their new motto must be "If it ain't broken, break it."
They should have given Jugg something like this:
Whenever you lose a endurance charge yo gain "thick guy" buff. Losing another endurance charge will add another stack and extend the duration.
Thick guy buff gives 1% reduced damage taken and 1% increased damage per stack. Can have up to XY stacks.

Alright [Removed by Support], what exactly is supposed to make cleave reave and sunder more attractive?

What the fuck was ACTUALLY wrong with unbreakable? Cause for sure it wasnt too complex, this is some bullshit reasoning that would get you in trouble at any other job for even proposing it.

Do not. Expect. Any semblance of balance. In this game. EVER.

Whatever build or archetype you like. Whatever mechanic you have grown fond of. Whatever awesome character you managed to build.

At any time, you need to be able to throw it out the window, and adapt to something new.

Discard any, and all, attachment to your builds and characters. All of it.

You need to drift shapeless.

This is the way.


I will league start as champ. I will be playing helix... will I? :-(

Strongly agree. Somewhere I was hoping this would be poor communication (the manifesto) and some important stuff is yet to be revealed.

But I don't see how or what that would be.

New skill gems with inbuilt defenses? Some new melee weapon basetypes with defensive implicits?

I mean if this manifesto is it, melee will have a harder time than in current league.

Also, nightblade / elusive not addressed? I don't mean that the one popular strike skill should get a nerf now, but...another league of Helix/LS?
