Revert 15% mana reservarion change

Remove this change. It's not good and not justifiable. At least give alternatives, how to get this 15% back, without needing to spend 6 passives to get it back.

There's alternative, Enlighten gems which btw are going to jump in price even more now when everyone will want them.

why do i have the feeling they looked at too many awakened enlighten builds....
didnt get even 1 of the 3 to drop a ran over 30+ uber mavens |

I would very much like to see auras not be a staple of every build. I'd like to see them used for multiplayer and minion builds, and balanced such that it's only viable to use one or maybe two solo, but stacking them across multiple characters rewards group play.

I would like to have the aura effect back. It is direct nerf to Death's Oath :(
