i would call it "difficult itemisation" and difficulty is part of every game.

"bad itemisation" would be if there are only few item options for most of the builds (apart from chase items) but, like with spell suppression and the "explody chest fix" they're onto that already.

There is no difficult itemization, it is garbage itemization.

Not weighting mods in a way that you will never see a T10 mod on a ilvl 83 gear piece is something that has always bothered me.
How GGG can let the loot be that garbage when they can do better as it was proven during Ritual or Heist...

I think lootwise, less and better would be more in line with the game...

Other games have better loot quality because good loot are rarer. In some games, you won't see a unique or top notch loot every elite mobs, but sometime, a boss / elite will loot maybe 2 great / good pieces of unique / epic loot...
