POE 2 to have Open Zones, WPVP, World Bosses, Bigger Towns, More Multiplayer, RP Taverns, Future.

That's a terrible comparison. They are different styles. One is for a certain audience, the other is not.

People bashing PoE has nothing to do with it not being mmoesque. They bash it for the lack of balance 99% of the time.

By following your logic, Borderlands games should also have this MMO style Hub BS because most people play BL with other ppl, right?

Let's do that for L4D games and Counter strike too, cause if we don't they will be forgotten because they didn't keep up with "the times", yes?

Oh yes, this MMO hub style has been around for decades and yet people play these games anyway... Maybe because they are different?

If someone refuses to play a good ARPG because it doesn't have these kinds of features then they weren't looking for one anyway. Maybe GW2 or Bless Online would be more suited for them.

EA isn't known for mmo's. They were known for like Star Wars single player games, fps, & some sports games, heck I wouldn't know they made nothing trendy for a online pc gamer. Then monopoly merges. Who knows.

Also ye apparently the audience for aprg's, rpg's or mmorpg's, isn't all those games I listed above. Lets ignore these titles for a 2nd time & only speak of POE's stable or possibly shrinking audience as the only audience sell.

It appears the only feature I'm able to ask for that people don't give me flak for, is having a bigger skill tree. wooopdeeedoooo

Lame. :| Planetside 2's over here making new Island ocean continents, underwater bases, new weapons, & boat designs. With x10 less of the cash shop funds.

Meanwhile GGG barely adds a new feature per league. If they do at all. Mostly just new items & a rehashed league mechanic button. A league mechanic with no strategy, just push button for mobs. I did like the skill tree rework. The atlas rework tho is boring, not a fan of portal hopping endgame. Make real maps for endgame mainly, not hideout portals.

Then 1 hr podcast talking to some niche person over endgame item details, when you really just want groundbreaking features as their main talk. They don't deliver. You wait.

P.s. I've heard too many people say something similar to " GGG shouldn't waste funds on this ", for more than a few diff unrelated threads. Only for GGG to waste funds on a mediocre feature. Naw I like my ideas & funding them would be better than most traditional league updates.

Planetside didnt have nowhere near the same ammount of extra content in the same time frame as PoE. If you like it or not is another question but suggesting that Planetside 2 added more content than PoE is more than misleading, its just simply not true.

I wouldn't mind another MMORPG. But asking GGG would be futile and not understanding GGG and their "vision". You have better chance asking Tencent.
