I believe this is wrong. A statement by one of the devs as far as I can tell said D4 will be a full price game, and then only cosmetic micros.

It doesnt matter what team made it. Whats important is who is the "head chief" of everything. There is high chance it the same person for both.

Of course it matters. Blizzard North was not Blizzard South and both were under direction of Blizzard leadership.

D3 was put in the hands of Blizzard south known for their Warcraft games. It was a mistake in design direction to do that. I don't see what's so confusing here.

D4 will not be DI. Just look at the game. Does it remind you of DI or D2?

Not at all.

Just watched the trailer. Open world, world bosses you "have to"(?) team up against, open world PvP, mounts and so on. To me, it seems like they are trying to fit multiple genres into this game.

That said, it looks like they are doing something right in regards to the boards and how you can build a character. D3 had no builds. At all. Sure, you got some character customization stats at high levels, but could I build my WW barb totally different from my friend? Not really. I don't know much about D4, but one thing is certain; if they haven't scrapped the seriously dumbed down "offense and defense" stat-stacking system and 99% cooldown based skills, I won't touch it.

But the game looks beautiful, but then again, most Blizzard games do.

How people still believe that after like 15 fuckups Blizzard is able to produce anything worth even 10 minutes of your time is beyond me.

But sure, it´s your money, burn it in whatever way you deem fit.

Watch them spend 300$ on ultimate collector pack edition or w/e that you can buy only 6 months before the game release.
