Agree but
Chris Willson want to see all HC streamer suffering and see their tear through streamer highlight but never care casual/sc players. Maybe they never play or test their game before launch. |

As a long time intermediate player I definitely feel like the archnem mods are a negative step. For the last couple years I've really started feeling so constrained in my builds on how much defenses I need to not use a lot of portals in endgame juiced maps. I'm capped on spell suppression, I have 20k armor and 15k evasion, 22 fortification, and my ele resses are all at least 77, with fire at 79. I wouldn't say I feel squishy, but there's so many mods that I feel like I have to dodge when rolling my maps and even on fairly tame maps I still just get randomly one shot by some random rare with executioner, hasted and steel infused or a pack of magic mobs next to a shrine with splinterer. It's frustrating and what's more frustraing is now that this build feels fairly well rounded I want to move to a new one, but I feel so demotivated on build 2 because it's hard to find builds with competitive damage and are tankier than my current build within a reasonable budget margin. So many skills that seem like they might be really fun are hard to find decent damage on when I'm trying to fit grace, determination, defiance banner, spell sup cap, various immunities and other layers I might need to play comfortably. POE is one of my favorite games, but sometimes, especially in the last couple leagues the game has felt stressful and not always in a fun way. I really miss the bygone days of playing a block capped flicker glad and only dying like once a day while I mapped at light speed. Sorry for the blog, post, but all this to say I don't like the archnem mods and really wish that GGG would stop nerfing player tools and buffing enemy strength to the point where the game starts to cause me fatigue when I really just wanna relax with a game I enjoy.

sign me in. My feelings about the arrogance of design and communication of the ArchNem Mods by ggg would end in an insult, so I stop here. The whole setting tops even the "this is a buff" meme. |

Not everyone is a professional streamer or gamer.
This Arch mode is just punishing the game and the rewarding bad too. |

+1 here, too.
so unbalanced...Map Bosses are melting away like nothing, but getting there let you die on some erradic and way OP rares! |

Honestly it's just absurd how much time I am spending running away from the multiple things that can chase and kill me. Worse, add all the ground effects, and the end result is many deaths that simply cannot be avoided because there is no strategic way to approach the fight. Clearing an azurite node in the mines often becomes an exercise in spamming life potions, AoE and whatever blink I have because there is SO much crap on the ground I literally cannot see where the "bad" is. This morning I had to abandon looting no less than 3 times because of lightning spires/totems that were being cast by an enemy I could not find. I agree that the rares and magic mobs needed a tune-up, but this is simply not fun. It isn't a challenge either. |

They aren't going to remove it. In fact, they're going to continue to buff mobs and nerf builds. Enjoy.
The nerfs will continue until morale improves.

" Problem: Magic and rares are too strong. Solution in 3.19: Buff uniques and normal mobs. |
