This is a nerf to my headhunter stacker like what happened to no nerfs or buffs...
Just a minor comment about the new note, "If you don't have Flask or Map Stash Tab Affinity, or tabs with those affinities are full, Unique Maps will now fall back on the Unique Stash Tab Affinity." It should presumably read "...Unique Flasks and Unique Maps will now fall back..."

This is awesome. This makes crafting fun and makes picking up and/or saving rare/magic items worthwhile. It also solves problem of items that were almost awesome being worth keeping for gambling with these items.

I hope these crafting items are fairly cheap to use. If they are expensive please make a cheaper version in the future with some sort of limitation. For example takes 2-4 mods randomly from each item. That would make it so that there is a chance to combine all your favorite mods, but it could still brick if it rolls 2 mods when you had 3 perfect mods on both items.

The chance to brick would allow you to keep the currency cheap so people can use this on many items and using it on many items encourages people to pickup more rares and save more half good rares that they would throw away. It if is super expensive it will only be used by the top 1% to make godly items.

The good part is, we can (for the first time) get rid of random aura-stacking of rare mobs in dense spawning packs like Beachhead and Simulacrum. The bad part is, they are replaced with even more vile and unpredictable Archnemesis mod dispensing...
