What is your #1 issue with PoE? (not joking edition)

Over-zealous developers with a Buster-Sword sized nerf bat.
All the shit you can't react to that kills you, whether because you can't see shit (e.g. third phase memory game), or because you've been hit with one or more of the ever increasing number of different stacking slow/freeze effects.
Fairgraves was a slave trafficker specialized in the kidnapping and transport of children. He was not "a good man".
rng or randomness (no transparentcy in the drop rates ...)

Strictly speaking, GGG would need a gambling license if the authorities in the EU were to check it
The state of melee and how GGG can't seem to get it right.
Maybe they don't want to
Still failing to solve "The Riddle of Melee" 4.0 HYPE!!!
SILLY BITCH...THE EAGLES ARE COMING!!!
THE EAGLES!!! (bleeds out from a wound to the gut)
the eagles...are...coming...(coughs)...the eagles...
Lots of reasons why I struggle to enjoy poe, but on top of all of them the most frustrating thing, is that quite possibly one of the greatest games ever made exists somewhere inside it. But I'm not allowed to play that game, instead I have this bizarre poorly balanced, gambling simulator, with rng on top of rng and is almost inaccessible if you don't commit to using many outside guides and information sources, makes me feel like I spend more time reading about how the game works than actually playing.
My number 1 gripe with POE is the ubiquitous occurrence of deaths combined with severe time stealing due to taking 10% of my xp, on level 94 and above it took me 5-10 maps to get that much xp, one death, and I can lose all my progress for my play session, I am not a sadomasochist, like the other people who like that kind of thing...(hardcore) I feel my time is valuable and I feel I can do with not wasting my time like that as the loss really bugs me. I do not play hardcore for the same reason, don't like re-doing stuff I already did.

I am not saying remove it, but give people an option to opt out of any races etc but have no death penalty on softcore as an option.
You play with the same people but you don't qualify for any of the races if you opt for 'kid' friendly mode. Nothing needs to change on the gameplay experience. I can live with the odd deaths here and there if I don't lose xp or have a way to get it back just as fast as I lost it.

I am open to more palatable suggestions and have few suggestions below:

-Drop an orb of experience on death which holds your xp that was lost, which you can pick up if you go back into the map, auto pickup as you walk over it, only lose all xp if it was the last portal.

- Leave an orb of xp with a vendor which you can buy back for 10 chaos for 10% xp, this would only be available for 5 mins after the death non tradeable off course and auto applies as you buy it and is gone if you log in with another character, since that may be exploited.

-Limit the xp loss to the total of the xp gained in the current map, thereby you never lose more than what you gained in that map, which is an amount I can live with.

I seriously hope you consider making the game enjoyable to level past 90 to casual gamers who really don't have time to grind that 10% xp again just because you thought your flask was automated with re-use at end of flask effect, and the stupid mobs remove your flask charges and effect and you are dead because that flask prevented chaos damage to bypass energy shield.(I mean at least add an immune to nullifier mod or flask effect cannot be removed while flask is active stat or jewel so that you can counter it) Or you get hindered and detonate dead kills you. Not to speak of off screen kills.

If you at least read this, thank you for your time. And in case you were wondering I am not a free loader, I have paid for many stash tabs and mtx, way more than what I spent on any other game ever. Not to say I deserve special treatment. I do feel all player deserve special respect of their time though, this is not just a kids game, adults play it, and we have other things like, our wives want us to fix stuff, paint stuff etc too, so limited time means every 10% xp lost hurt even more.

Getting to level 100 involves a whole lot of work, while getting to 94 is basically a few hours after you hit mapping.

Level exp scaling is terrible and it needs to have a facelift.

For Trade, getting lvl 100 is purely an economical project as speed leveling mechanics exist

I now double down on my original statement.
Harvest being in maps. Make it a token you get to enter harvest from hideout at any time you feel like. You can farm them up just like Kirac dailies upon completing maps. I absolutely hate having to stop mid map fiddling with gear.
