BUT SSF is NOT the "system" I'm talking about, it's just a red herring I doubt you intentionally brought up. |

The way the system exists, I stand to benefit more and damage the community more as "revenge", by just turning into one of the scammers and market manipulators.

Less ginrding greed gains if they did that :O And the people who are proud and flex their "purchases" to others, will feel ripped off post-hoc after seeing the newer, better, more cost-effective solution lol. SO, it's almost like GGG has cornered themselves into perpetuating a mediocre game, which revolves purely around money making schemes at this point. 2 points:
* all items on trade sites don't sell for the advertised price or because there is no demand for them * people having to be online to sell takes off 80% of items out of the market --- if you wanna make a suggestion on how to design a offline selling system you need to consider that. how to increase demand for the millions of new items on the market? how do you wanna keep people from advertising too much new items? the current system discourages advertising too much items cause you have to leave your map to sell... which fairly works but isn't very efficient. yeah, all that just in case you care for a working economy and not just your own advantage and convenience. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

i like all these doomsayers that always come in and off the bat insist that what is currently available is the best possible and if anything changed it would be the end of things
when is reality its a poop system being propped up by other poop systems only thing that would change with more items on market avaible is the exchange rates there would still be shit u want that someone else has and vice versa POE2 should be the ruthless vision experience and POE1 should be the zoom power fantasy sandbox to capture both audiences.
