As for the problem of naming quivers...
It helps to keep in mind they aren't always cylindrical. And, since "quiver" is automatically part of the name of the item, there is a little latitude to the rest of the name. For example: Cruel Fletchcase, Sturdy Quiver XXX Shaftbox... XXX Quillbundle... Or, allowing for a bit of metaphor, and going with the theme of the arrows in the quiver being things which fly: XXX Swarm... XXX Hive... XXX Thundercloud... So you can drop the cannula, and throw in a bunch of other alternatives. Has anyone considered that cannula might describe the mod and not the actual quiver?
What if they want to imply that it causes bleeding (draining fluid) or that it just pierces flesh? In this case it could have been a way to describe damage mods or something. Also, who knows what them apes are up to. It might be a way to describe them as deviant or demonicish in nature. They said I was mad! They said it couldn't be done! But now who's mad?!?!
