Sounds good but id have to switch to Occultist, ill do that once i get my shav

Even on a Guardian Withering Touch feels better than splash, although Occ is much better for sure and also what I played last league.

As long as your spiders have sufficient atk speed it´ll be fine regardless.

Summoners had their peak in Blight league. They've been broken even before that. GGG does not really like OP stuff to hang around, well with some exceptions I guess. So they destroy everything that reaches that point.

Like it or not, summoners are just good league starters now, and that's it.
