Voidstone may not be obtainable due to Boss Difficulty
I'd like to first do a lot of mapping for currency and later do the heaviest bosses.
Not sure if my builds or I can do them, haven't tried. First long preparation. Then the big boss. May as well spawn all map bosses at map entry, so you can first do the boss and then the map. Because that order makes sense. /s ps. Having fun though Did you try turning it off and on again?

my POV on the matter is that having watchstones gated behind end game bosses IS good and rewarding players
however i disagree on 2 of them gated behind maven/ elder+shaper my reason is simple maven/elder shaper CANNOT be run by all players, for the simple fact that they are dps checks. if your dps is low, the play area fills up with degen areas. learning how to fight them is not enough. you can use smart play all you want but eventually you cannot do anything once the entire playing area is cancer. While i love the 3.17 end game changes, i can't stand the fact that all T16 atlas should not be locked behind ultra endgame bosses...
What it the point of locking players of farming T16 maps with the map they want to farm instead of GGG imposed T16 maps of choice ? What is the point of locking players of sextants modifiers ? Voidstones should not be gated behing utlra end game hard bosses... In the end, i find 3.17 good for the first half of end game, but the secodn half is still locked behind a heavy grind with no favoured maps nor sextants on limited T16 layouts. Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic... |

" I don't disagree with any of this. But wanted to point something out as your dps statement isn't entirely true. If you've ever looked at the folks who win the gauntlet, you may be shocked at how low their dps is (and the gauntlet grants a massive base HP increase to those bosses). That doesn't mean it should only be possible for the best players in the world but it is not entirely accurate to say that it is impossible with low dps. |

" i understand what you mean. however, just using steam achievements we can see maybe less than 1% players have killed maven? even then i m guessing many of them could have been just relying on carries. mechanically, using certain skills can find the battle easier. i tried maven, got her to her final laser beam phase. that was really not easy, i was using viper strike btw. having to navigate, while avoiding whatever she threw at me was not easy.i reckon having an aoe/projectile skill would have had a much easier time. the barrier for entry to even attempt her is quite high. i need to farm crecents and attempt her again waaaay later when i m stronger. having high dps negates the need to be extra skilled. it also opens up more build variety. i imagine doing maven with heavy strike with "not high dps" would be excruciating. you are after all using top players as a reference. please think of the little guys. i dont mind maven being as hard as she is if she's purely optional, however having a watchstone gated behind her means players are losing out too much. when players opt to go for carries, its obvious its not optional.
