why do ppl play SSF?

i just tired it for the first time for the delve event and it feels bad...having to constantly pick up and ID rares just to fix resistances...at lvl 81 i still dont have any of them at 75%....i was lucky enough to get a 5 link but normally by this time i have a 6 link. why do ppl enjoy this? the game is hard enough as as it is without crippling yourself....

SSF is so much better than trade league. It would be nice if we could play ssf with others (no trade or shared drops).
Its only downside. I prefer to find my own items and get excited on drops, trade league is pretty zzz for that since everyone has the same gear |

Imagine preferring to buy items instead of finding them.
This is why looting sucks in PoE, SSF or Trade league. Its completely flipped on its head. Hell you can craft in 5 minutes a superior item that you could spend a week grinding loot for. Imo it's the #1 issue with PoE. "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

i love ssf but i just got extremly sick of delving afther lvl 91...
are yo uguys not borred of delving? what drives you to keep going? |

So I know the items I find and the currency I use aren't found by cheaters.

I play SSF primarily so that I can experience actually equipping items I find on the ground. Otherwise I would probably spend more time trying to buy/sell items than playing the game. Also, I think it's silly to get items gated behind specific bosses before fighting those bosses.
Of course, that means I have *feelings* about the rate at which good items are found in SSF, but that seems like a topic for elsewhere. :p |
