You need to have players in short term before you have players in long term. I think GGG have failed several of the fundamental principles of entertainment. 1) What you will not give your audience, someone else will. 2) Keep things pleasant and people will come back. 3) Know how to read and react to negative feedback. 4) Nobody is too high to fall, nor too big to fail, exception being the Lamb of God.
