Seem to be kind of similar.

There's nothing you can really do other than wait for patch notes that mention "fixed client crash" and see if it solved your issue. I've been waiting for 3 leagues now for my crashing problem to be fixed.

Could you tell me which exact video card model you have ?
Do you have a factory overclocked one ?

I have a GTX770 (oc version), I just downclocked it by 50mhz and so far I'm not crashing (this solution worked for me in the past also for The Witcher 3).
Of course I only played an hour so far, will update later.


EDIT: Not a single crash all day (just a couple of the portal ones, which are not related to the freezes).
