Just because you decided to invest into the game a bit does not make you a shareholder, let alone owner with the chance to make decisions.

I am not even defying that a lot in this game went wrong, but saying they are "arrogant", and don´t want players to have a good experience is just ignorant, as Chris said multiple times in the recent podcasts that the community-feedback is very important and helpful when trying to change things for the better. I lost my romance-goggles for the game as well but I am still at least objective and I measure GGG on their actions, and they clearly point out that they are really interested in making a good game. I mean... show me another game where the public face/CEO joins COMMUNITY-Podcasts and sits there 5 hours+, answering all kind of questions, from income-distribution over admitting mistakes.. Just compare that to the dumbster that Blizzard is since a few years in terms of communication, updates, etc.

I find it very confusing that people loved the game through the roof in 3.13 and 2 patches later everything else is shit? Cmon, get over your little ego, give HELPFUL feedback and help to make this game enjoyable again instead of posting such nonsense that does not help any1.

And , the gamer was fine. The only problem is, that "they", aka GGG, do not makle enough revenue, because the people are quitting leagues too soon, so they wanted to stretch the leveling phase for 50% of the players.

And now they are like "we never wanted those players, because, we only want those players who love our vision ..."

No, it wasn´t. Abusive systems like harvest and fractured-map-farming as well as beast-duping had to go. And thats stuff they fixed. And crusing through t16 on nothing but a random 6-link is not fine as well for a game that deems itself to be difficult.

Seeing that they lost 30% revenue with the changes they introduced your statement can´t be taken serious at all. If they wanted more revenue they would just give casuals like you harvest in full power, catch millions and be happy with it. Contrary to your belief they really want to make a GOOD game, before they want to create an unsupported currency-cow like world of warcraft.

Man you must be deluded to think that they just want to make a great game. Chris himself could've fixed this problem years ago. I think GGG made a mistake with this patch, you reap what you sow.

Can we just ignore those reddit bot whine threads? They pop up every 5-10min and all are the same. This league 5 more friends jumped into the game ( i normally play duo ) and all of us are having a blast. For me this seems to be the best league , if you perceive is as the worst please drop the game and never come back because it clearly isnt.

I quit a week or 2 into the league. I disliked the feel of slower gameplay, and at least partially thanks to yet more insane numbers of splinters from a new league mechanic, I've developed RSI, it came along really suddenly.

Quitting the game has been such a breath of fresh air. I now play other games, from other genre's (and last epoch from the same genre), and I couldn't be happier. It made me realise other games are now more fun to me, and far more respectful of my time to feel like I am progressing, and much nicer on my wrists, which are already starting to feel better.

I'm not salty, not raging, I've loved POE, but Chris is pulling it in a direction I am not supportive of, and that's fine. There are plenty of other games that are more to my taste still. Many are not happy with their direction either, but they continue playing POE trying to make themselves like it. All that happens is they get angry and rage. For those people, I'd recommend they just take a couple of months off till the next league, play other games, go outside more, whatever makes them happy.

I'm just glad not to be getting frustrated by rng, on top of rng, on top of gambling, on top of rng!

If you enjoy the game, awesome, keep playing it because at its core its a great game. If you're not enjoying it any more, take a break, and if you still don't enjoy it after a break, then maybe call it a day.
