So apparently Viking warriors also wear HEELS now?

Shh, you're ruining my immersion.
But seriously this is fine I like it and I lost faith the graphical state of this game when things started erupting out of exiles backs. |

Well, it does look good though. In the Artwork. Even though true real humans (Women) in the Viking Era never ever wore high heels. It never ever existed.
It just weren´t practical for any reason whatsoever, back in those days 1000 years ago. |

Kinda funny given the best comedians to address the stupidity of sexy armour in video games (and a bunch of other silly fantasy game tropes) are from New Zealand. They remind me of that humble, understated yet sharp as hell Kiwi humour I think GGG lost years ago.
Viva la Viva la Dirt League! On topic: eh..try to remember the real target market now. It's probably not you. Also: needs more lollipop and weaponised hair. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between. I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period. Last edited by Foreverhappychan#4626 on Aug 9, 2021, 9:06:39 PM

Don't like it... but it's ok if you do. Think stuff like that really breaks the mood in a game. It's ridiculous to think anyone would dress like that for any reason other than to turn on teenaged boys, or to sell them something.

As Charan mentioned previously, here's the trope dealt with appropriately (be sure to watch in order) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Yh35uWLBQ8&ab_channel=VivaLaDirtLeague https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obAd0zAFMTI&ab_channel=VivaLaDirtLeague Hopefully POE can introduce a Monk class at some stage and Stiletto heels can then be equipped as kicking weapons. The downside is walking on soft grass reduced your movement speed by 80%! |

I like heels.

This is a travesty, also what does a boob feel like?

" I've been following 'Viva La Dirt League' for many years now. Those guys/gals are a talented and special bunch. I've always enjoyed their quality content which is rather eccentric/quirky (often times self-deprecating) in regards to 'the realm of humor.' You should check out their short movie 'Baelin's Route' if you haven't already, which is based on the 'Epic NPC Man' series. Last edited by TheIronBankofBraavos#0146 on Aug 10, 2021, 1:53:21 AM

is it like that ingame? I think it is more the designer who took a template with a fashion female and painted over it and let the heels. I don t think this is like that in the game model (?)

#1 - You are concerned about the realism of female warriors wearing heels, but not about the realism of female warriors being exactly the same as their male counterparts?
#2 - You are concerned about the realism of female warriors wearing heels, but not about the realism of people casting magical spells? Or the Demons in the game? Or the portals? Some players want their characters to be garish, others macabre, others want sex appeal. While I am not a fan of the heels myself, the womens' boots (and gloves) that most MTX include for the female characters are oversized, very clunky and look like they were designed for males, not females.
