Ultimatum from Russian community, forum backlash, streamers are quitting

Yeah, well it seems that this patch was the straw that broke the camel's back for many people. I don't speak Russian but swear words are universal in slavic languages so the first guy seems very relatable - I uninstalled too. His reaction is spot on, lol.

On a serious note, I'll be the first to admit that my support for the patch is partially based upon what the game was originally and changed from. The actual patch does largely fail in what they were trying to do in my opinion, but I believe the effort is worth it. I think it will take many leagues to get this right. They spent 10+ leagues getting to this point, you can't just undo it in one.

If this patch actually represents what they expect the end state to be, then I agree this is problematic. But I believe it to be a stepping stone, not a last stop.

can I have all their currency and high value items in standard ??

I find it funny how people say the changes killed build diversity and make the game unfun, meanwhile before these changes it was streamer zoomy super speed sanic builds or you were gonna have a bad time. Not very build diverse in reality.

Like other "bad" leagues this one will be looked back on in a league or two and the unwashed masses will realize it wasn't all "that" bad.

Harvest crafting manifesto is almost 500 pages long in English forum and no GGG reply (I can use more offensive word to describe the corporate behaviour but i guess GGG support will do their best: ban)

So op. There are a small subset of players who, if GGG came to their house and took a dump on their dining room table, they would cover it with a glass dome and sing to it for a couple hours every Sunday. There are also those who would accept a gold bar from ggg and complain that it is dirty. Ignore both, and find the truth.

I partially agree in terms of people building this nerf into their calculus moving forward and it will become the new normal. That being said, I can't think of a single patch since I started this game (Domination League) that was as harsh as this one in terms of change in player power, except perhaps 3.13 which was a pretty significant increase to player power. I still think this one was more extreme though because this was a hit to players and increase to monster power while 3.13 was just a drastic increase in player power.

Considering the vast years amount of power creep GGG has had to balance against, i can see why this patch would be seen as harsh. But it's needed as the power creep was getting out of hand at the expense of the game and Build Diversity.

We now have less builds + less speed, so its worse all around. The immunity changes are icing on the cake. The game just feels bad.

No you have less "Streamer zoomy super speed sanic builds" as others have pointed out that other builds are either not been effected that badly or are doing well now. The game only feels bad because we've been so dependent on the power creep.
