Really though, this whole "It'll take a few leagues to nail things down" assumes a best case scenario where GGG can actually get it right for those few leagues when this whole thing has been one giant experiment with an unknown chance of failure or at the very least, speed bumps.

And even if they do "nail things down" in just "a few leagues", a few leagues at 3 months per league is an entire friggin' year. That's a LONG TIME.

Oh well, maybe most players have realized that they can just mosey off to some other games and stop buying supporter packs until GGG finishes "nailing tings down" in a year or three.

Anyone else ever notice that almost all trade bots one comes across in the game are either Chinese or...yup, Russian. I wonder what these bots do that they need to run trade 24/7, and if that could have anything to do with their complaints? Hmm, just wondering.

This is not to say that some nerfs didnt go too far, or that there arent issues with time vs reward right now, but you know...above also.

It is not unethical for a company to run the business as they see fit. Unethical would be encouraging mass boosts in sales by promising you something and then not delivering. Promising a return of Harvest crafting as originally implemented, and then removing the feature entirely, that would be unethical.

An action is not wrong just because a person or a group of people do not agree with it. Now, I am not defending GGG by any means. I have played this game a very long time. I am part of the few who won their way in through the lottery back in the day.

I have toughed it out with many many changes I did not see as appropriate or needed in any way. Including the change to the zoom-zoom meta everyone enjoys now. But I am still here. I have a lot of issues with this league. My play time is next to none and my financial contributions this league have been a single purchase at the start of the league before I could see how it would play out. And it will remain that way.

Nobody is "forcing" anyone to play a completely different game. You are CHOOSING to play this game. If you do not like it's current state and feel an entire community is being ignored, then leave. It is as simple as that.

I do not like the idea of having my dick shut in a door. I am not going to choose to stand there and let it happen over and over again. Instead, I'll simply put my dick away and step away from the door.

My advice? If the game's current state is causing you this much grief, put your dick back in your pants and step away from the door.
