I guess it can be said playing video games is silly. It is okay for people to play silly video games for fun though, IMHO. It is also okay for people to decide what is fun for them or not fun for themselves to do.

Although I agree that people quitting because of build diversity is a bit strange. But I don't think that is why they are quitting. I'm guessing that they played a build or two and weren't having fun. They looked up what builds were being played and then complained about lack of diversity.

My experience this league is that I started playing a melee build. It was very tedious and definitely not fun. I stopped playing that and started a Raider build and it is actually fun.

Goodbye. started in legion. Was great fun. fell in love with this game. Skipped the last 2 leagues to take a break and came back this league. Not enjoying the new direction.

to be clear if you like the changes that's great. not saying its better or worse, i just personally do not like it at all. farewell!

The melee build I started playing is one that I've played a couple times before. It was fun but the nerfs wrecked it and it became tedious and not fun. If the second build I started playing had turned out the same then I would have been more upset and maybe quit. I don't know. I just did a little research and found a build that people said was still working and I'm playing that. I've seen some melee specialists that are pretty upset with this release. So I think maybe GGG destroyed melee in general? If so I could see a melee specialist declaring the game dead?

Gave it an honest go. The league feels really bad. Unfortunately I don't see how GGG could fix that feeling for a lot people without a full reversion back to 3.14. I'm out for now though, might check back in 3.16 to see if they revert all the changes. I don't think anything less would bring me back honestly.

3.13 is better than the 14 and some other player want older version of 3.13 (2.x , etc)

But in fact muuuch people want the revert of the 3.15.

Youre just like blaming rich guys for favouring expensive sports cars over a normal one because YOU PERSONALLY never experienced to have one and just building your opinion on your (LACKING) experience...

Why? It's a good gauge of the sort of player they are. Good players usually find their way around, no matter the patch. But it's one thing to complain about difficulty, and another thing to complain about fun.
