I'm trying to interrupt it :) I haven't been able to play this league much this past week but from what I did play it's fun and that whole act 1 difficulty thing was blown way out of proportion. I'll know more when I reach mid and end game some time next month but they're already scaling back some of the nerfs.

All will be well and it's just whiners right now.

(and I know what about you mean about north and south. Some of my family harbor ill feelings toward the north and I don't know why. We're American)

Out of this list? D2 resurrected and lost ark are the closest to poe. I dont like the divinity games as they are round-based. Pillars of Eternity is decent, but not close to the Baldurs Gate saga. If you like role playing games with a deep story and plenty of combat, Baldurs Gate 2 + its expansion Throne of Bhaal is your best call. But note that these are very different from arpgs like diablo, poe, etc. If you decide to play, I recommend to begin with a Fighter. Easy to pull off and not so many decisions to make as for example with a sorcerer. I don't recommended to play Baldurs Gate 1, unless you are a real fan. It's a bit dated by now, and many issues were improved with Baldurs Gate 2.

well the charts pretty much point out how long it takes to build trust and instantly lose it because of one league/major update, honestly i haven't played a league start since delirium, i always waited a week to see how the new mechanic plays out, but this league i haven't started, i logged into my orb of storms/storm brand build in standard which is sort of okay geared i guess, decent mapper and straight away i noticed the dps nerf just by hovering over the skills, i thought eh lets try it in a map anyway and unfortunately it was absolute dog to clear with, just uninstalled straight away, i knew it was gonna be something absurd when i heard 'flask changes' i thought this could go 2 ways really good or really damn bad, also mana management absolutely sucks as i mainly play casters and i have assassins mark on my ring which now costs mana also apparently, stuttered to get brands out, its unfortunate but not the end of the world, ill just go play other games until changes happen in the future.

lost all interest in playing this league. Will come back if build diversity goes up again and playing doesnt feel tedious. Might be my last time in the game though. Goodbye all.

when i look poe.ninja, i see 50% ppl playing 3 ascendancy whith 3 skills ( raise spectre 60%, toxic rain 55% and spectral shield 80%), where is diversity?????

As a casual player who enjoyed this game by picking up a build and seeing how far I could progress each league I have to just say....

The game is no longer fun, with these nerfs you basically killed the game for the casual player, I hope the hardcore player base that you now seem to be scaling this game to for is enough to keep it going.

The plummeting recurring player stats would suggest its not a great strategy that you have deployed.

Well done for fucking up a great game

This is funny. You can beat the game with any skill. But because other people are trending towards favoring a few skills (which has always been the case) people now 'can't play the game'. I'm not here to say skill balance is great or a bad goal, but this is peak silliness.
