Ergo every criticism, regardless of content or form, is judged based on the artificial rules of it "being rude" or "insulting" to the team, instead of welcoming every kind of criticism with open arms.

Every rule is artificial.

I say the moderation has been pretty good the past year, especially with JC; and I have a lot of warnings + probations.
If anything, I've started to make reports myself.

A rule is artificial if:
- It's worded vaguely
- It's use is pure RNG and not deterministic
- The rule isn't being applied to all the people who created said rule
- There exist an "override" to the codified rule, in this case the utterly laughable and subjective "rules" of "being rude" and "insulting to the team"

As I've seen that quite a lot over the decades on forums: any time a company does something like that/behaves like that it's a good indicator that:
- Criticism and displeasure of their customers are rising
- They are incapable/unwilling of dealing with that head-on, thus any "unwanted" or "bad" criticism or critic will be purged in various ways using various excuses like their rule "override" as damage control, thus creating a feel-good feedback-loop for said companies, because if most criticism is purged and all the "You're doing great" posts remain that's quite soothing, right?

No, every rule is artificial - that's the basis philosophy of science. Rules which human beings cognize and create do not have an absolute power to enforce them in any scenario - that is because rules are artificial.

Will 3.16 get further nerfs?

NO, I mean, Balance changes, it' s called balance changes. From now on everything will be progressively balance changed.
