POE is not a FREE TO PLAY

I can't remember in ARPG genre there is other F2P game like POE


While Fortnite. Kids are crazy on the skin and it is borderline exploits to make it like a fashion so that kid spent a lot on it

Also, for MMORPG, WOW has a level cap for free player, SW Old Republic put a handicap on free player and there is in-game shop for coin that literally P2W




If you want an absolute F2P game, the business model either lure to spend elsewhere , or selling your personal data (just like facebook or whatsapp that it is absolutely "free")

wow is technically free for high skilled players. You can boost players for gold and use that gold to buy ingame time. Before you say this is work -- you HAVE to do certain content every week anyway. Bringing someone to boost means you get that chore out of the way and get free ingame subscriptions.

Diablo Immortal is made by Chinese Netease. Yeah, your personal data is disposable i think. Also a lot of Chinese mobile ARPG are heavily P2W

Well, why, its absolutely free to PLAY, no money-limited content whatsoever. I even have that guy in my imaginary friend list who is playing for 2+ years and most likely haven't spent a broken dime on tabs.
That guy was the reason i finally took some effort to go to options and turn off these online/offline notifications tho, cause that wall of spam like "RealCharacterIPlay(thatguyname) has come offline, Bank(thatguyname) has come online, ..(another 10 lines of text).., RealCharacterIPlay(thatguyname) has come online" was quite meh, hehe.

I think people are crazy that some NGO offer free meal and then some people still compliant about it and then they are poor as beggar.

The game is F2P, everyone know game need money to run server. If you want to beg for GGG pay you to play the game, go contact support@grindinggear.com

I have gave you example that some people reach level 100 with a limited stash.


The game is just like shareware in the old days or free trial and totally similar with other mainstream F2P game business model.

More like ngo gives out free food but then charges money to use plates, forks, spoons, napkins. O yea it's totally "free" if you just use your hands to eat this spaghetti we just made for you.

Thus this "Free-to-play" is misleading advertising ... like sexual innuendos to imply something that really it doesn't offer.

oh noooo a free to play game has to finance itself and you dont like it oh nooooo


there are people litterlay streamed and uploaded video that any extra stashtab is NOT needed.
it just makes your life alot easier and relaxed but you dont need them at all, like it or not but these are the facts, also its free to play, you dont have to pay a god damn cent to install it and beat the endgame at all!
