Still almost got 2 shotted there. Would like to see how well it does vs a lot of ranged attackers. These videos always show the levels with the mass melee enemies.

My gear is too shit to do levels with mass ranged (well depends on the ranged).
Skeletal archers or whatever are np, but fucking multi shot chaos fragments are just horrible. But about 50% of the time I get a chaos mob set that are pretty easy. Also worth noting that the times I nearly died there were because I was standing still too long because my computer was bricking itself while recording - all I had to do was move backwards earlier to avoid that. |

" Your gonna Lack alot of dmg. Lightning Strike Converts 50% of your physical dmg to lightning dmg. The higher your Physical dmg is the higher your Lightning dmg will be & the more +% Lightning dmg will increase. Lets say you have 100dmg, You've managed to get +50% Lightning dmg. Lightning strike will deal 50 Phys + 75 lightning dmg then. wich is in actuallity a increase of 25%. Again lets say you have 100dmg, this time you have +30% Phys & +20% Lightning (50%). You will then have 65 phys + 78 lightning. You've then increased your dmg by 18. all those numbers are speculations but it should still explain it to a degree. It's also easier to gain +% Physical dmg then to get +% Lightning dmg on the passive skill tree. I like the OP's build. I've made my own changes to it to fit how i want to play. I'll link my build once i've got him to lv 60 :D |

Do you just make sure u have the right +str gear b4 u upgrade lighting strike? or are you leaving it at a specific lvl?

I had 900hp in the chaos video.

With all those crit passives, have you ever thought about using Elemental Ploriferation with L. Strike? What is your critical chance right now? With a good enough crit, you can shock, freeze and burn all enemies on screen with elem plorif and 5 lightning projectiles. Gotta check if Lightning and Fire damage are high though (probably are with that new boot), so it's 33% - 40% more damage, DoT, all that... It was a really nice idea going daggers for a witch by the way. Going for the increased attack speed and crits, very nice. I'm a more of a "regular" lightning striker - Templar with Shield and Maces with +% elemental dmg. Won't kill as fast, but I'm doing very well right now, plus I have some tanking abilities. Thanks. |

Got elemental proliferation levelled but no 5-link.
Was originally going to do fire + lightning prolif with this, but since cold damage ended up everywhere on my gear... it makes the proliferation super secondary. |

I bumped up my Lightning strike to Greater Multi-Proj awhile ago, don't regret it, stills owns, and the bolts hit the target multiple times if they are close range, so it actually does a significant amount more.
