Added Cold Damage only works on attacks that deal damage. It has no effect on Wrath. You might as well just combine Wrath with a Reduced Mana Cost gem.

And some of the gems are linked just because I'm levelling the gem for the luls and not using them

I personally like the concept. I like this build a little better though, focuses more on +lit, and doesn't lock you into any specific 1h weapon.

Imo you're really missing out if you don't get the ridiculous crit stuff from daggers. That extra percentage lightning damage is not multiplicative, whereas my crit chance and multiplier are. I suspect I get a lot more dps from those talents than you get from those lightning nodes, especially because my crit damage also affects the fire and ice as well as giving me a higher chance to cc monsters with freeze etc
