what build should i play as a casual to beat all the content in the game?

you "should" not play anything particular. choose a skill that you like, build around it, chose an ascendancy. even if it wont work out first try, keep trying and improving. at some point you'll know so much about your skill / ascendancy that clearing all content is easy and only a matter of right itemization and build

IDK, plenty of ssf builds can do t15 plus easily. Let alone 10 ex builds.

Didn't say you can't, just that you will find some issues, like certain mods that used to be fine at low tiers and now are starting to become a pain in the "rear" for example.

I can usually get a build off the ground and farming t16 for 2-5ex, that turns into a currency farmer until I have enough exalts to break through into the actual hard content.

I agree with what's been mentioned about power creep widening the gap from t16 to completing everything into a giant canyon.

i did tried many builds in the forum
but many of landed in the trashbin because the crafting is hilarous for them
for example toxic rain bow's crafting is like spending hours of crafting so much currency that i cant grind it in a whole league

I'm worried about that. Being casual might mean you really have to cherry pick something since you have terrible currency and didn't buy stash tabs ever...

It's either that or there is a player lazier than casual and I would be in that category.
