How are people making money? Everything is so expensive on trade. Help?

Grand heists are also quite good. Alternate quality gems sell well.

Other then that, we don't have many "exalt generator" mechanics, like we used to in last few leagues - Delirium/Zana Delirium, Harvest, Beasts Farming, Fractured maps farming, etc.

Other than flipping or meta crafting there isnt really anything in the game anymore that makes great money (as far as i know). The best thing you can do is just play a metric fuckload and sell literally everything you arent using.

Its not as fun as previous league(s) but if you want to get stuff you have to no life and dedicate serious hours to mapping right now.

play league starter builds, I started with toxic rain, then switch to ed/contagion. Then I used currency from that to start berserker slammer. I've made most of my money from just playing the game not target farming anything 100% I completed as much of atlas as I can so far and continue to do so, then I run my heist contracts and blueprints as I get them. Just from heist alone i've made almost 10 exalt orbs, and about the same from mapping up and doing ultimatums.

I don't sit around and do white map ultimatum or quarry cause it's boring. But that probably the best way if you dont' want to play a build that is good for progressing on budget. Check out new farming strategy on youtube as well. Today I am testing the haewark essence farm , I like haewark maps a lot.

Honestly I lost an entire guild for that exact question. Like no one could make any money on this league, so they are all gone. And here I'm hoping the next one isn't such a mess and they can come back.

So far I've made about 100 exalts crafting and killing bosses.

Last league I was farming harbingers in Valdo rest, whenever I wanted to make currencies I was sure about where to go and what to do but this league everything seems nerfed to almost zero, it's too much random, mostly it's all about luck. I tried Valdo rest again and found only crap shards, same for ultimatum, monoliths, Heist, garden, breach in Lex Proxima, Delve... most of the time I don't have even 1 chaos, it's a pain, a vicious circle : if you cannot make a lot of currencies you cannot afford better stuff to get more dps then you cannot progress in the Atlas, kill stronger bosses and get better rewards, you are stuck ! It's boring :(
