I re-installed, lowered my graphics and switched back to VulKan and game is totally fixed for me atm.Crazy times i quit POE this morning lol.

What's the next nerf? I got some reduce the number of monsters spawned in ultimatum how about that?

" I found that dropping the shadow/and bloom helped this along too without sacrificing my graphic quality. I Will test out Vulkan tonight though as I didn't think of that, thanks exile. I guess im dead again
