Game Crash while playing no Error Msg

Exactly at the start of last league this issue started and has not been solved since, despite several failed fixing attempts from tech support and myself.
I can play the steam client pretty normal until the client closes and no err msg whatsoever. It happens usually every two to three maps but its inconsistent and therefore may also happen up to 6 time in a map in continues in the next map like today. Lost dozens of ultimatums and countless exp already, making barely any progress.

Here a list of what I already tried:

- Pretty much everything from General Troubleshooting Guide
- Steam Verify integrity of game
- Clear client's cache
- Clear client's config files
- Restart your computer
- Exclude Path of Exile from anti-virus
- Ensure Path of Exile client is installed on an SSD
- Ensure drivers are up to date
- Ensure OS is up to date

- Provided the tech support with DxDiag report
- Tried to change Nvidia display setting
- also tried disable different config setting (vulcan, lower graphics, filter off and so on...)
- I even downloaded the Standalone Client but this one won't even start after instal so no further information from this as well.

Now information to my system:
- OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
- Memory: 16384MB RAM
- DirectX 12
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680

And Yes I am absolutely devastatingly frustrated.

This is nuts. I came here to write basically the exact same message that you did, so at least I know I'm not alone. I've also been experiencing this since pretty much the start of Ritual league. Incredibly frustrating to have the game just randomly crash on you. Sometimes a bunch all at once, and sometimes I can get long play sessions in without it crashing. I'll say at this point its 50/50 whether its a "soft" crash (no error message) or a "hard" crash where I do get an error prompt.

I've done all of the same steps other than trying the standalone client. My system information:

- OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
- CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.7GHz
- RAM: 163848MB RAM
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
- DirectX 12

Unsure of how to proceed. I've been beyond hyped for Ultimatum, but this is becoming unplayable.
Yea man i feel'ya.
But are you sure you have 160gb ram? Just askin ;)

And as far as I understand you sometimes get an error message right? Mind telling me and hopefully the tech support(if they ever show up) what msg you get?
LOL good catch, idk how that last 8 snuck in there but it’s 16GB. Hopefully we hear something soon. Seems weird to me we can only get support through forum posts and not support tickets but oh well.

Here is one of the error messages I get:

2021/04/18 19:38:31 80079718 71 [CRIT Client 15316] [D3D11] Map: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action.

(GetDeviceRemovedReason: The GPU will not respond to more commands, most likely because of an invalid command passed by the calling application.

)

You can see that this was using D11. I get crashes just the same using Vulkan too. The Vulkan errors look something like:

vk::DeviceLostError::DeviceLostError: vk::Queue::submit

You can check your client.txt file in your logs folder and I’m sure you have similar critical errors. Search that file for “CRIT” to see them all.

so yes you are right having error msg
Have you checked your client.txt file?
yea I did but after a few checks I found a different exit message then the previous one, after I join a blood aqueduct instance:
"

I doubt that the error msgs actually have something to do with the actual problem/bug. It just seems to show the stat or action the renderer was in when the exception occurred.
Not sure if I just got lucky last night with a good session, but I hopped on about 10 minutes after the 3.14.0c patch went live and didn't have a single crash in about 2-3 hours of play time. Hoping something was actually fixed and I wasn't just lucky!
Yea I wish you luck. Mine is definitely not fixed yet.
I have the same Problems but there isnt even anything in the log files.

I am trieng to do uber lab right now but its crashing... .
