" I'm assuming that since they largely tried to buff essences, they'd leave alone the one essence that was still universally used. Basically, Horror goes untouched, while the others got a bit more love to try and bring them up to the level of Horror. Is the Deafening Essence of Envy really giving (89-131) to (181-229) Chaos Damage to Bows ?
Seems unbalanced with the quite rare level 83 chaos damage mod that gives (47–72) to (98–123) (the same value as it give for one handed weapons). This mod should get buffed too if this essence give values for regular 2h weapons to a bow. | |
