No.
There is no criminal code violation, so nobody could be *prosecuted*. However someone may be able to file a civil suit. Have to find a lawyer and a court willing to take the case. There would have to be damages. GGG could also sue back and get you for their costs and in the end would probably come up in the deal with all the free publicity. Anyways this is the wrong forum for your question - you should be contacting an attorney. |
