Game crashes to desktop with no error - UNPLAYABLE
1080Ti Ryzen 5 1600 16GB RAM SSD Evo samsung 1TO.
First day of the patch non stop crash. Yesterday was fine strange. Today crash again 3 times in 20 mins. I uninstall and back at Diablo 3 I hope GGG will fix it in Febuary fast. |

All right, deleted cache and did everything you recommended to do. Today I lost my third HC character in the last izaro room-fight. There's no telling where and when it's going to happen - but it's sure enough bound to happen at some point, whether it's during mapping, trials or elsewhere. Game freezes and yeah, there you are - in standard league - shortly after. I did everything you told us to do (nothing has changed, still DC'ing). I have never experienced this problem before 3.13, and I've been playing for a long time. I'm using a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 32,0 GB RAM, with a 64-bit Windows and everything on my end is up to date. I've also tried every possible settings in game. I have also tried different gateways, which didn't seem to help. The only thing I havn't tried is to disable SMT, which is something I'd considered if you recommended it to be a possible solution - even though it shouldn't be an optimal solution to fix this problem.
I am actually so frustrated and disappointed that we havn't had any replies regarding this, but instead closing forum posts, where people actually are trying to troubleshoot the problem themselves. Could we please get some transparency regarding this issue? All I'm asking is to get some sort of respons - it doesn't have to be "X is the problem, and we're going to be resolving this within a day", if you dont know what the problem is - that's fine, at least we know it's been worked on, maybe what's been tested, and that you've acknowledged that it is in fact a problem (on our end or yours). All I'm asking for is some sort of transparency. Because you can imagine all these people in the forums just sitting here waiting for something to get fixed, and they have no idea WHEN it's going to be handled, WHAT'S been worked on or even worse - IF it's being worked on. Sorry if I somehow came across as rude, but as stated before - I just came here after my third character death and lots of other DC moments within a few minutes/hours intervals. I love everything about this league and I appreciate all the hard work you've done - but when the game isn't playable to a lot of people which seems to have a similar issue, there's going to be some frustration involved. Ryzen 5 1600, 1060 GPU, everything updated - tried every suggested solution i could find to no effect. Before the recent update i had no crashes and good performance.
Please let us know that you are looking in to this GGG. |

RTX 2080, Ryzen 1600x. Game crashing instantly. Basically unplayable. So glad i just brought a £80 supporter pack to not be able to play the game haha.

So umm this might not be for everyone but apparently i got the crashes under control for now ?? probably **played for like an hour crashless** so not sure
by simply disabling 10 bit color rendering in amd control panel and changing my bit color from 12 to 8 then again this might just be me getting lucky hope it helps. |

Game has been crashing non stop, can't even spend two minutes and game will prematurely abrupt close on me ever since the latest patch. GGG we need communication from you all if this is being investigated, what logs users need to submit to ease investigation. This is frustrating towards customers. Intel folks don't seem to be having these problems. |

As they ignore this forum completely i wonder if anyone there is interested ... however, i feel sorry for HC players using AMD CPU, i bet a number did die. Anyway, i feel fine again that i stopped buying sup packs some time ago, as the quality of the software these days does not hold the content expansion. |

Ryzen 5 1500X, constant crashes with no error message in maps. Same here. Either freezes for a second or two and does it, or the game just closes with no warning.

It's honestly so sad this hasn't been addressed. I'm sure they're internally frustrated by the terrible implementation of texture streaming but the AMD users here are having an absolutely BRUTAL time. To not read through this and see right away there is an issue and respond to it in some way is downright bad practice.
Known issues: 1. AMD users (mostly 1600-1600X) crash to desktop with no error while playing. 2. This appears to happen 90-100% in OPEN areas. I've had this crash in: 1. Shaper right while pathing through the "map" areas 2. Chimera fight in map 3. Shore map I've NOT crash in: 1. Tower 2. other indoor maps. @GGG - Guys, if you are investigating this issue and are aware of it, why not let us know you're working on it so we can chill? I don't get the blatant silence.
