help for Stash management f2p player

TBH PoE is NOT F2P game. It's like trail, only super dedicated and resilient to pain can play it with 4 default tabs.

I suggest buy Map Tab, Currency Tab and one Premium Stash Tab Bundle.

This is minimum to keep sanity.

Create an "alt"- alternate account.

- Run the game log in to your main account.
- While the game is running with your main account.
Alt+tab & run the game again & log in to your alt account.
You now have 2 PoE games running at the same time in your pc.
- Put them both in a party.
- Use trade when transferring items.

You can also just let your alt account sit in the HO as your stash.

You can create more alt account as storage & just invite them to your party if you need to store or retrieve the items.

*Just a warning, I'm just not sure about the "legality" of running 2 accounts on one PC though. Just message support & ask them if it is allowed.

If he transfer expensive items that way he will risk ban.

Two accounts running at the same time was endorsed by GGG long ago. What you can't do is automate the behavior of the second account. You can't make it automatically accept trades for example. You can't make it automatically go to your hideout and move to a certain spot. Stuff like that gets people in trouble and you could lose both accounts. But using second accounts for storage was the method back in the day that justified tabs not being pay-to-win.

Basically he's saying you just use the trade mechanism to give the items to your alternate account character and use the stash in the other account. Saves character switching time and gives you an extra stash.

Alright thank you so much for the clarifying on alt-accounts and how to do it. Good to know that it's not illegal method I probably doing it until I somehow manage to buy a stash. Thank you for all the helps!

Though i freely admit, i don't / can't play like this. in every new league i heavily use my currency, map and frag stash tab, also 1-2 quad tabs for dumping purpose, and maybe 1/2 dozen or so std. tabs to keep worthwhile stuff.

Don't keep everything you find. Vendor it if you aren't using it, or put it on an alt if that's what you are saving something for.

If you aren't using something, it's just taking up space.
