i tried packcheck and guys it worked, i got no crashes anymore - followed by this instruction:

https://imgur.com/qt5sQJ2

note: you can type cmd instead of step 1. but run as administrator and poe has to be closed. after the check is complete, my poe works - no closes anymore since 12 hours.

I am happy.

already done that 4 times still crashing soo no it dont work
yeah today the same problem .... crashing every 5 min .... forget about about the post .... so nevermind
same problem I cant play crashing every 5min
ggg working...
POE keeps crashing my entire PC, no blue screen.
Instant re-booting.

I am certain it is not hardware related on my end, tried many different games and they are fine.

Hoping for a fix soon.

Can you please try deleting the DailyDealCache, MOTDCache and ShopImages subfolders from the "Documents\My Games\Path of Exile" folder and let us know if this issue persists?

This worked for me. atleast I could get into the game, but when loading in everything looks terrible and no textures are loaded for a few seconds.

Ryzen 5 1600 here. Disabling SMT in BIOS fixed it for me.

Not an ideal workaround.

You should disable multithreading in game, not on the CPU itself. This worked for me and alot of other people with first gen Ryzen.
I'm actually thinking of getting a new CPU, since the linux bug also still persists. People on reddit say that you can still RMA a first gen Ryzen directly with AMD, so idk maybe that's worth a shot...

Oh i am interested there where would i rma it?

why RMA its definitly GGG fault with update until the patch everything worked fine not even crashed 1 per day now every 5 min

Because, as noted, first gen Ryzen does have a hardware bug. So far windoze seemed unaffected but you know ... you never know if thats whats causing the problem. Everyone in here has first gen Ryzen. I know that it worked fine till the last patch. I'm in the same boat. Does not change the fact that there is an obscure bug in our processors that may or may not bite our asses at some point.

Do not disable SMT, this will slow down everything else too. Disable multi threading in the game instead.
