Ping spikes after Patch 3.13.0 Hotfix5 / WinMTR+Image

This is happening on all gateways for me. Extreme ping spikes every 1 second or so. Previous days it has been around 50ms resting then spikes to 500ms. Today it's spiking to 2500ms. I have changed nothing on my end but rubber banding insanely. I've tried all graphical/sound and movement settings in every combination I can imagine.
bumping from Singapore server. insanely unplayable, got spike every second, you can't even move without flatlined. atm I'm playing on Aussie, 110 ms stable, but still got spikes every now and then.

also for rubberbanding, you guys could try Lockstep network setting. its a tad bit better, but it increased your desire to uninstall the game or break your router.

Same problem here on Frankfurt. Really bad rubberbanding, 1.4K ms ping spikes etc.
Does not happen on every game server.

Adding some quick data here for one good example and a bad one.


Procedure: Create map, join map, get address from Ressource Monitor.

Good = no problems.

same problem. playing since closed beta and never had that happen before.
with a few mobs on screen it runs normal. some more mobs, opening a breach/legion/abyss or doing a ritual i instantly get huge spikes.
its absolutely unplayable.

reinstalled the game and flushed dns. nothing worked.
same problem, some maps have 2k+ ping others are fine. I think it happens because of new texture streaming thing they implemented. I had no similar issue till this expansion

Are you all using the instance IP from POE's logs ? Because most of your WintMTRs show no problem at all.
Don't use the login gateways for WinMTR as it's not the same servers.

I'm beginning to think that POE's network stats are linked to the FPS.
Which means, when the game lags due to internal engine problems/performance, we see bad network latency (but in reality, it's POE's engine and not the network).

It would not explains the lags for all people of course but it could explain some of them.

I use the IP from the POE Server where i connect from ( Frankfurt ). There is a post in the Forum section how we should upload MTR's, did it that way. I start to think it is the change to Textures aswell. It take me some time to load Textures when i start the Game, usually that never happen before. But who knows, i'm not a Game Designer ...

used the frankfurt gateway posted in the forum for my winmtr.
fps cant be the problem since the game was running smooth before the latest hotfix and my rig is overqualified for poe (rtx3070 and ryzen 7 5800x).
