Maven not dropping the Invitation?

It differs from the previous ones, looks like a card that can be rolled

have same issue here - 15 maps under Maven and it doesnt drops
first time i failed to kill 10 bosses and now this invitation doesnt appear.

Any solution for ssf players?

I am having this same problem with my Valdo's rest region, all maps completed and no Invitation drops. Maven is no longer able to witness any of my maps.

Lex Proxima for me. Meanwhile I'm getting multiples for other regions. Not really digging the idea of it being an item for the region specific fights.


Edit: It feels like a waste of time to do more fights in the area because I'm trying to do challenges here and any fight she doesn't witness is a waste of time. But I also need to do the challenge to fill watchstones so I don't know this is very frustrating.
