Crash on startup without fail

same here.
Crashed at league start, 5 times.
Went to sleep
Still crashing

Comp is full updated. Game was fine before patch

EDIT / Doing a packcheck.
Tons of stuffs are getting fixed. Hope this will help.

Deleted Path of Exile (documents) folder - kept the folder, but renamed it and added a new empty "Path of Exile" folder. Apparently now it works.

Same here. After the mini-patch, my game crashes 10-15sec after I load the game from the Steam client. It does not matter if I'm sitting in the menu or go in town. I also tried to delete those files (config and loot filters) and it still crashes. Drivers and windows are updated.

At launch it worked fine, I got up to the end of Act.1, but now it's driving me crazy. Got so pumped to play and this is a slap in the face.

I tried to use Pack Check, but it does not work with Steam. The I followed the advice to Verify the integrity of the game files (right-click Path of Exile in your Steam Library and select Properties > Local Files > Verify.

Nothing worked. Log in, enter town, CRASH! 10-15sec. :(

As recommended, I've sent email to tech support (techsupport@grindinggear.com) with the DxDiag and production config files.

Experiencing the same issue every league start.

5-10 seconds at the login screen then it freezes.

Sad :(

I got the stand-alone client to work after applying the new patch and deleting the PoE docs folder.

Incredibly anxious to change any settings now, but at least its a start.

I'm playing it through Steam, and got it to stop crashing by deleting all the folders in the Steam directory with 'ShaderCache' as the start of their name (there were 3). I then verified files from the steam client and let it re-add them. No crashes since doing so.

Pretty much same problem as everyone else, started playing yesterday, halfway act 2 decided to reset the computer for non related to the game issues, tried opening the game again, and as soon as the login window opened the game crashed.

The problem has persisted after trying multiple times, uninstalling and installing the game (while installing it the installer crashed multiple times also, once every 1.5GB or so), tried deleting the documents folder, still crashing, but now after logging in, not before.

GL GGG, i hope you get it fixed soon, I'll be waiting for it ^^

I have the same issue as everyone else. I have also noticed the patch note banner does not load and is blank. Can this be connected to the issue? Can anybody else having this problem see the "3.13 Echoes of Atlas now live" banner in the login screen?

Same issue. I also have the issue with the banner not appearing in the login screen.

I just tried this but did not have your success. Are we any closer to a fix?
