Crash on startup without fail

My game crashes 5-15 seconds after reaching the log-in window. It doesn't seem to be affected by whether I log in, open settings, or just sit and wait. This crash was introduced with the patch and has happened every time I try to start the game.
Now that the queue is gone I managed to create a new character to do the /debug before crashing again. https://imgur.com/VjoJD6J Here is the relevant content of my client.txt

Same issue. Haven't been able to get use /debug, however, I'm also using a GTX 1060. Could be an issue with the GTX 10 series.

I am also crashing. If I scroll through characters to choose a character it locks up, then crashes.
If I just choose a visible character from list, I enter town. When attempting to visit hideout, the game locks up, then crashes. If I try to enter the coast, it also locks up and then crashes. Haven't tried Ritual yet as I need to delete a slot first. I'm on a 550ti, windows 7, stand-alone client. Using lowest settings for everything. Tried to change textures to High and game crashes. Had very few crashes during Heist, nothing more than the normal POE crashing. edit* I made it onto twilight strand after many crashes. haven't been able to talk to the guy and kill the zombie without crashing. I can't seem to activate the first zombie, then game crashes. If I just go punch someone on the strand the game crashes. Same problem gtx10 series. Tried PackCheck, all files synced. Reinstalled, now have the same problem, it's fine for 15s at a time than just stops responding.
