Yeah, every past version worked more or less fine - worst issue was texture fill-in. I would gladly give up textures to do some hacking and slashing...

I have a 1070 aswell and its crashing for me too, the screen freezes for a second and the colors change and then it crashes

Same here!
RTX 3090 and I don't even seem to get to the login window now, crashes right away. Already re-installed my windows and all because I thought my setup was broken maybe - big fail so far. |

Also always crashing, reinstalled twice.
Repair and packcheck all fine. 10 - 30 seconds into logging in or on the login screen and not respondong. Also crashing consistently, but with varied time in game. Varies between 1-10ish minutes.
No obvious action that causes it, although has happened twice just when changing gems. On relog the gear I had changed had reverted back, so maybe something server related? Windows 10 RTX 2080 Ti Haven't seen this issue on my machine previously. |

After trying everything,
I disabled shader cache in Nvidia and went to: Documents\My Games\Path of Exile And deleted all the daily deals, countdown, MOTDS, Minimap, shop images So far I am on and have not crashed for several minutes (usually crash within 5-20 seconds) - stay tuned and feel free to try. |

I'm crashing right when I open the game. Screens all change to different colors and the whole system is locked up. I formatted all of my disks and did a fresh Windows 10 install, so there shouldn't be much, if anything, in the way of software conflicts.
