Ascendancies next league

I'd love to play a bow attack raider but it just feels too weak. Add Quartz Infusion's buffs to the Avatar of the Chase side, replace Avatar of the Veil with something juicier, and add a new couple of points that synergize with Avatar of the Veil.

No, its not. Otherwise it wouldnt be one of more popular league satrter or SSF build.
CA goes along with TR. You can use both in same build. CA is better for mapping, TR for bossing. Lots of people use 2x 6L and runs CA for mapping and TR for bosses.

You wot mate? Berserk gives probably the most DMG of all ascendenicies in the game. (Champion might be better because of the impale). Speed is certainly not "all what it got".


Yeah if you take aspect of carnage, and you die like no tomorrow. 10% increased damage that applies to damn everything, not just hit but dot. Meanwhile you have nodes like master of metal that not only gives as much damage but even gives you lots of flat armour.

most SC players have fuck all defence anyway why not AFAIK this wasn't a HC in isolation discussion :p

Its easier to get 10% more life than 40% more damage the idea that aspect of carnage is some automatic death sentence is pretty weak if anything the rage degen feels a bigger threat to your survivability because it eats your regen.

I don't think anyone is saying Zerker is better than champion either, champ is probably the best all round atm, just that if you think Zerkers one of the worst ascendancies right now I personally think you are dead wrong it fits its niche well enough.
I;ve played Flicker Strikes many times, each time with diffrent ascendency. Berserker Flicker Strike was the most fun, and strongest, version of it. (that was before impale buff, now probably Impale Flicker Champion would be better)
So Raider that needed some changes for a long time already was pretty much left (some small changes are expected, nothing big) while they rework Deadeye... AGAIN.

Are they for real now?

I'm really hoping for a tuning of numbers on channeling passives. Last league I pretty much rage quit when my brand/scorching chieftain got 2 banged on a white map.

Having some crit damage reduction or something like that is a necessity at this point on channeling infusion and/or channeling passives on the tree.

Edit: There HAS to be some benefit for standing still when so much of it is death.

Current PoE has no place for channeling skills other than Cyclone. No matter hwo many defensive layers you have, if you stand steal and take hits to the face, you will die.
