Don't put words in my mouth, please. Never said I hate communism. I know exactly what communism is and what it isn't. What I said, was that i don't want "half-arsed communism". How that - in your head - translated to "I hate communism", is beyond me. But that's a debate for another time, and we aren't supposed to debate politics in here.

Now, you are of course right - I don't want it. You never thought to ask why I don't want it? No, you didn't. My reasons for not wanting it aren't as selfish as you want to believe.

Do not be afraid the feature Vacuum pickup is there somewhere but they cannot just give it for free, it would make no sense no?
They will add it as a "gift" to make the customers happy the next time the game will unexpectedly tank or not meet expectations, like when it happened with heist during christmas time and tabs affinities or when they unleash the flashback league (i.e. post synthesis).

The next time I'm feeling overly cynical I'll remember to give this another read.

Bad idea the fact that if you run a MF high quality build the downside is picking up tons of loot. MF high quality farming is for patient farmers. If you are not patient then don't do the build. Also the prices of things is the way it is because lazy people don't make currency cause like OP they don't want pick up everything. Part of the game is trading/economics, farming I myself pick up every currency and use strict loot filters. I am rewarded because I am patient and actually take time to pick up my earnings.

POE is great game and I love the trading, playstyle and aesthetics of the game. In gaming now and days has fallen a lot with all the automated stuff and free stuff given to players. that many games have become nothing but mobile skin games where you stare at your character as it auto loots and auto kills everything no interaction in trading, markets,etc. last thing I want to see is pet/ auto loot in this game. Just going to be a bunch of bots ruining the game economy.

I'll add that I wouldn't mind a system where if you pick up a currency item all the other currency items within range of equal or higher value get picked up too. All the extra clicks to pick up stuff really aren't needed after you've indicated that you'll start picking them up. Especially stuff like perandus coins. Really annoying to have to pick up a dozen different stacks.

This is sort of a decent argument, except that it's the same as the make trade bad because we don't want people to constantly do it argument. It's just the wrong knob to tune things with.

Wasting time and taking people away from the fun of the game isn't a great solution to getting people to not do things the game wants them to do.

The entire nonsense loot bloat is the problem that needs a fix. Drop less stuff drop more good stuff.

Honestly that loot filters are now basically mandatory is a huge problem.
