What do you think about the new core packages?

" It's true that abyss is pretty clean. It just reminds me so much of one of the older league supporter packs (The one with the black panther) I relay like the atlas back attachment. It's super unique imo and I think I could make some pretty cool combos with it :) [3.9]Hasunic's Toxic Rain Trickster: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2712106

Abyss: you're better off spending like $5 on some skin transfers. Lightpoacher, shroud, bubonics, and tombfist and you're set.
Atlas: not sure what's going on but maybe Kozilek is invading the atlas, bringing some large hedrons he can collide. Delve: looks all right. Years too late. This could have been the trickster/sabo steampunk gear set but it is really confused. Breach: :/ sorry this one misses the mark the worst. It tries TOO HARD to jam as many hands and magenta day-glo into one character. Harvest: from a distance, it looks interesting. But up close you can see that parts of the chest armour clip with other things, and it's just a little bit "busy". The core portal looks all right, but is only incrementally better looking than the basic Harvest portal you got during league. How I would fix these: Abyss: the clothes would get a facelift; you'd get limited-edition abyss HO objects including an abyssal stash and abyssal guildstash that glow green and come out of a hole like the abyssal trove. Blackish green flames surrounding your waypoint, etc. Breach: you know those glassy hands that you can barely see, on the ground surrounding a sealed breach in a map? Make your footsteps leave those behind, and they open into little magenta flame geysers when they expire. The breach gear needs to lose those 80's shoulder pads and crown spikes and instead be form-fitting, glistening thews of red and purple muscle fibres and oblique rows of thousands of needle-sharp teeth. Maybe some sticks with scorched marshmallows as a nod to the guy who made the ITF/Korell fanfic comic. Delve: Some of the metal plates and jutting spikes of iron need to go. The robot eye helm is pretty neat but the rest of it looks like a bad Monty Python cosplay. Bring back the canary. harvest: a pair of coveralls with the same pattern as the chest band would have been nice. Also, some fake seeds at various stages to place in HO; or some fake storage tanks, collectors, pylons, conduits, and horticulture blossoms to strew around. Oh and you should totally have a matching set of compost bin and fertilizer heap for stash and guildstash. [19:36]#Mirror_stacking_clown: try smoke ganja every day for 10 years and do memory game

" What do you think? :) It will convert your forum titles into decorative square badges that use the space next to your forum posts more economically so that you can show off an unlimited number of them at any one time. - GGG, 2018 (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3573673)

" So as I was researching for my post (I actually do that, because the internet is there and why be wrong if you don't have to be wrong?), I discovered significant evidence that magpies and other corvids are actually afraid of shiny things, which is why I said 'stereotypical'. More appropriately, they're considered some of the smartest bird species on the planet, so the comparison is doubly apt. I do consider Exiles to be unusually lacking in aesthetic restraint and finesse, though. I suspect it's got something to do with the game they're playing. Thankfully virtually every other ARPG cleaves more faithfully to the genre's visually sedate origins -- even when the shoulderpads reach grimdark proportions and the numbers are flying everywhere, at least you don't look like a walking pine tree decorated by an investment broker on a coke bender at 4am on Christmas Eve. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period. |

Looking nice but anything above Breach is too expensiv imo. Not worth for a few skins which actually no one else see's (except if youre a streamer maybe and buy it with donations lul)

300$ looks like dogshit, like always. Maybe they do it on purpose so people wont spend too much money?
" Every single supporter pack cost the same amount - 60$. The thing is, you are forced to buy previous ones if you buy "next tier". Buying Atlas suppoerter pack, is in fact buying all 5 supporter packs, each of them fo 60$. Last edited by Aynix#7757 on Dec 18, 2020, 4:30:26 AM
