Same for me, windowed is very dark with the gamma down, full screen is normal. | |

if you ppl don't play many games besides poe, you might want to consider reverting back to version 20.2.2
(that is the last version i found still works good with poe testing a lot of other past versions) |

Can confirm still occurs for Vulkan and Radeon driver 21.4.1 and seems to not occur for Radeon driver versions before 21.11.2.
Occurs on system: Win 7, i5-6500, RX 570. Can other people please submit bug reports of this issue as well as I have submitted multiple with no success. |

It is kinda weird. i just upgraded to 6800XT and installed 21.4.1. (from 1070) but i don't have any issues with the driver regarding POE and Vulkan.
Did you guys tried to use DDU? (to get a fresh driver installation?) The only issue i do have is the texture streaming. (same for 1070 or 6800XT) | |

same with nvidia card - hdr only works with full screen vulkan. not on any windowed, not at all with dx.

Solved the issue by disabling vsync.
