The Heist hysteria is based purely and merely on exaggerated false perception

My question is simple - why there is no possibility to stop any Heist member at any time? You can do it with the ones who have a timer on their heads. You cannot do it for the likes of deception and agility. Thing is, deception gets bugged the most. It would not have been such a big issue if we could manually stop him but no, no such option

Yes, there are some bugs, sometimes.
Yes, there are hundreds of videos of bugs because there are hundreds of thousands of players.
Yes, there are tens of variations of these bugs - most which you have not and will not experience.
Yes, you can lose your heist to these bugs.
Yes, sometimes you have to reset the AI.

BUT

The amount of bugs is completely normal for a league.
It's within the greatest of odds that if you go see your fellow friends at the Rogue Harbour and run 20 contracts - you won't be losing a single one of them!
If you do get a bug - you just run out - problem solved!
Most of the time the AI will bug out when entering, so you could be in a new heist within less than half a minute!

I ran something 300 heists before 3.12.3 patch and at best lost a contract once every 300 contracts.
I quit already 2 weeks ago because my goal of 3 mirrors was reached but you guys missed a great league because you were too busy moaning about losing an Alchemy orb COMPLETELY UNJUSTIFIED!

Well, that is a problem then. I would say, if this amount of bugs is normal for a league, they shouldn't design league mechanics that break down this hard if you crash or if a NPC bugs out...

Hmmmm

yeah, two quote notifications overnight that gave a null result. hmmmm indeed.

But I'm not being facetious or sarcastic. There are very, very few people I'd like to see truly gone from here**, and KMQ was never one. Contentious but significant contributions to the conversation should never be arbitrarily censored imo.

**As opposed to the number of people who'd truly like me gone from here, I suspect, but too bad for them. ^_^
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period.
I've done an important bunch of heists, normal or great ones, i the first days after the release i've had several bugs, lost approx 10 heists, standard or not, and approx 4/5 crashes. Annoying, but new league, decided to be patient. In the last two weeks, i've had 1 crash (probably caused my own computer), Tullina did stuck herself one time and that's it. I do between 20 and 50 heists per day.

I don't even know what Reddit is talking about to be honnest.
I accept that games like these designed to be played forever with frequent updates cannot be bug free at league launched. But bugs that affects achievement gains and the economy should be kept to a minimal. I just feel GGG’s marksmanship in assessing the impacts of bugs is getting dubious with time.

Well, they stopped trying to shoot their original moving target, 'balance'...

I don't know if I should laugh or cry at this comment!

First heist for the day. The second door, the second fucking door I couldn't open. I click on the mark but my "muscle" refuses to ram it.

Normal amount of bugs indeed.

Not excusing the bug, however the solution for this one is moving away far enough so your "muscle" port near you then returning and trying again.
