The outcome sucks, but at least the wait wasn't extremely long. Thanks for the response by the way, I'm also waiting for my own case to be resolved.

I feel your pain. I am from another clan who all get banned and still waiting answer.
We remade an account and invested money inside without changing any of our software : lutbot, poe trade macro, neversink overlay. That's outrageous but we can't stop poe, there is no other game as rich. Most surprising thing is there is 2 accounts who didn't connect this league and they also get banned after checking with them. Also we think the reason of the ban is was me doing flipping currency on a level 1 character on second computer's screen, selling exalted orb 89c and buying 88c. So we believe I get reported for botting from traders who has heard about all those urban legend of bots on reddit and youtube's videos. I don't think that's illegal, may am I wrong ? That's sad but it's like a woman, when she says no just turn the page and search another one ^^. You can't force her, we can't force GGG to believe us. We have no rights on our account we spent thousands hours and dollars to build. GGG is perfect, there is no mistakes possible. Their bot administrator can't have issue like their perfect fluid game (There is no bugs in Heist league at all ^^). Maybe shadowland is the answer guys.
