well there are very clear conditions that GGG owns EVERYTHING regarding your account and they can terminate an account for whatever reason they see fit.

And if you then start the --> I have spent money so I own things, they need to repay me. Then again the answer is no. You have "rented" access to a GGG service like MTX, stash tabs and so on and it still 100% belongs to GGG.

However you have a valid argument about an appeal process taking 14+ days, but sadly that is how management of GGG (Chris) have decieded it has to be in regards to the people in this department to handle these request (more people = faster response time). So again, nothing you can do about it.

So again, we are back to the 2 options. Accept or move on......

I'm wondering which country are you from?) We have no concept of rent in Russia, and when I want to then I'll take it. There is either a lease (for a certain period specified in the contract. Early termination is possible only if something is violated) or property. Since there was no lease agreement, the account belongs to me. If the agreement states otherwise, it cannot contradict the laws of our country and such clauses simply become invalid, since the game is officially implemented in Russia.
